oh yay. y’all know what that means. yup — my hormones are out of whack again. BUT, at least now I know what to do and where to go for the help I need getting my body back in balance again. so my apologies for not posting much lately (for a variety of reasons, almost all of which are related to my PMDD), but things are already improving (BHRT is an absolute godsend), and I’d like to think I might feel like posting something worthwhile — maybe even fun! — in the not too distant future. 🙂

plus there’s actually a surprising up side to this relapse in my health: as a result of my hormones wreaking havoc on my life again, I’ve been re-motivated to help others who similarly suffer w/hormone imbalance. *drumroll please* yes, I’m writing a book. and why not? someone out there will benefit from the perspective of an “average Jane” who lives with and has learned how to manage hormone imbalance. so I already have a pretty healthy outline of the topics I want to cover; I’m just letting it sit for a few days before I revisit it to decide how I feel about what I have so far, and actual writing will probably commence next month. however, that being said, I have no idea when I’ll actually have my book ready for publication, as there are a lot of factors that will affect a delivery date. but it is coming, and you can be sure I’ll post updates here, along w/an official announcement when it’s finally released.
